Resolved - We introduced a workaround. All failed posts are now published. But we continue to monitor the situation nevertheless as Meta has issues still not resolved: https://developers.facebook.com/community/threads/2400191473830317/

Monitoring - Facebook API also fails occasionally to accept media files. We have reached out to Meta.

Resolved - All failed posts have been processed and successfully published. But we continue to monitor the issue as Meta still having issues: https://developers.facebook.com/community/threads/1593241148449585/

Update - We implemented the ugliest workaround in the world and the publishing seams to be operational again.

Monitoring - The issue is escalated and we're awaiting for the fix.

Update - We reached out to Meta and the issue seems to affect lots amount of people. We hope for a quick resolution.

Investigating - Currently Meta API is not accepting any media content. The error you would see is "Only photo or video can be accepted as media type." We're monitoring the situation.
